Happy New Year

Hey!

So today it is new years eve the last day of 2012 and its raining outside.But even if the weather is dull i hope that everybody will have a nice time tonight.

I’m always the one thats makes desserts bacause thats my specialty. But I have not decided what I will make fot tonight. I think that i have made the same dessert for 2 -3 years either we have it one christmas eve or on new years. It is a pepermint semifredo and it is heavenly. It is perfect for this kind of occasion, but I think that I’am going to try something new this year. I just have to wait and see what i come up to.

For some days ago I got a feeling for sewing  again, so I bought some fabric so I finally can start sewing on my 50’s dress. But i also got some dark blue fabric to make some high waist sailor pants. I’am really in to retro clothing so I hope it will turn out good. But before I am going to start with the dress I have some other things I want to sew to. So yesterday I sew a pink top wich turn out pretty good given that the fabric was hard to work with.

I aslo turn and old men’s shirt in to an cute blouse. It didn’t take very much time and it is very wearable. So if you have and old shirt lying around and don’t know what to do with it, you can try making a blouse.

Merry Christmas And A Happy New Year

Hey !

Now christmas is over and I feel a little bit empty. But me and my family hade a nice time together even tough it was not a white christmas.

My grandparents got the dollhouse cafe as a present and I can gladly say that they loved it. And it made me very happy because i had spent a long time making it for them. the house was pretty big so it was hard to move it around but it all worked out. There is a nice story behind the cafe I made. When my granfather was young he and his friends went to a cafe in the village. They did not have so much money so they always orderd one lemonade with four straws. And that story inspired me to make a cafe in miniature.

Today I made 2 bracelets, one of them i have alredy posted a photo of and the other one is coming some day.

2 day left

Hey !

It isn’t long now before it is christmas eve, but there are still now sign of the snow. But i think it will come. Because with out snow it dosen’t really feel like christmas at least i think so.

I visited a friend today and I got a big present but I wasen’t aloud to open it until christmas eve. It is a pretty big present so you can help but wounder wat it is in it. But i just have to wait and see.

I’am finally finished with with my miniature cafe, i don’t know if i have told you guys about it. but it is going to be a present for my grandparents. I can honestly say that I have worked hard on it and I think it looks very pretty. I’am going to submit a photo later so you can see.

I have to go now and wrap up some last presents.
