I have started with a bigger study of bees and bumblebees in the shape of three paintings. Here are some close ups from this project. I used pencil to sketch the objects and then I went in with watercolor.

It’s been talked about that spring was on its way and flowers such as snowdrops have been blooming. Some day ago ice cold winds and snow appeared.
I maybe have mentioned this before, but i have a Watercolor sketchbook where I do smaller drawings and illustrations. The cold weather made me think that it could be nice to see some signs of spring and summer, which I have created in my Watercolor book. I like to have small projects or do a little drawing a day. I love to depict Nature and especially flowers, so that is What I mostly paint.
We had some very beautiful red tulips at home some week ago and so I couldn’t resist to paint one of them as a fast drawing.

Hello everybody!
This is my third post during 2018 and I would like to share my current and coming art projects with you. I have started my craft year with a big watercolor project, that I will work on from time to time. I got the idea from a present I gave my mother for Christmas. It was a very lovely and colorful puzzle. When we assembled it, I thought that it would be fun to try to make my own image for a puzzle and so the project began. I have also been thinking about creating my own calendar with hand painted pictures for each month of the year.

I think that i made this last weekend but i still have some things to do with this one. But im am happy how it looks right now but i will continue with it.
